Iddan Dinai Advocate Company practices Tax Law with a special focus on International Tax and taxation of Trusts.

The Company has been founded by Iddan Dinai, Adv. who already long time specializes in those fields.

Iddan graduated the Faculty of Law of  Tel-Aviv University in 1985 and holds a MSc. in Finance from Baruch College, City University of  New York (1999).

Iddan has also studied Accounting at  the University of  Tel Aviv (1999-2001).

In addition to his Tax Law expertise, Iddan has varied experience in other fields of Law including commercial and administrative law and litigation.

Among the Firm’s clients are both resident and non-resident high net worth individuals, corporations, investment funds and trusts.

  • New changes to the Income tax Ordinance have been approved by the Israeli Parliament at the end of July 2013


  • Israeli resident beneficiaries of foreign trusts shall be subject to tax on foreign source income. An Israeli resident beneficiary of a trust qualifying as a “Relatives Trust” shall pay a 30% tax upon distribution unless an election is made to pay a 25% tax at the trust’s income level
